assalamualaikum...wat sume sahabatku yg lamer merinduiku...huhuhu...aku disini sentiase ngat kt korg sumer..aku watpe skrg..? spt yg telah PA aku bgtau (ida n pdah) aku skrg sedang giat menjalani training di ATCEN COMMUNICATION Sdn Bhd, usehesama antara kerajaan penang utk menaja setiap fresh graduate utk dptkan skills especially in customer service..well...it is not easy to learn but the thing is i still can learn more bout softskill (elee...time kt unimas bkn main maleh nk g clas softskill kan kan kan hihihi). but it's interesting coz i can learn how to speak out and also give our opinion on how we manage and solve the problem and of course towards customer laa...namer pun customer service kan. in atcen, there have a several tutor/trainer that responsible to teach us on specific parts, like eg: negotiation,customer service care, presentation skill,interviews and the interesting part was the way we present out idea and make a debate. what a surprise when i really like a 'mouse' coz after about 30 minutes given, each group must debate and struggle to win..but unfortunately our title was 'ABORTION SHOULD BE LEGALIZED..?? first thing when i read this title i feel like want to fell down..how can we win on this such of title right..??? yes...we lastly GAGAL...arghhhh...!!!!!!
